1945 (continuation)

Jerry Turkey - It is a variation on the topic developed in Big-Heel-Whata. The hero, getting off the Mayflower, is the certified copy of the Indian, the insane squirrel being replaced by a turkey whose intrigues and behaviors make all the salt of this cartoon. The final gag is sumptuous...

Swing Cinderella Shift - New completely crazy triangle in love. The nymphomaniac godmother (Miss Repulsive 1898) tracks the wolf, which tracks Cinderella metamorphosed in a singer (new version of the averyan pinup) who reaches a summit in erotism (and Preston Blair at the best of his talent!).

The song " All the chicks are crazy for a certain burly Wolf " gets this one completly nutcase, but we are accustomed to. Cinderella succeeds in escaping the wolf but midnight arrives and she meets her sad condition of poor working girl... surrounded by wolves!

Wild and Wolfy - Track race in the wild West between the wolf and Droppy, after the first one - who is a wanted outlaw -, kidnaped a redhead singer of country.

Still an avalanche of burlesques lucky finds and gags ones than the others, which make this cartoon completely irresistible.

1946

Tex Avery at M.G.M.'s Lonesome Lenny
- 1946 starts with a murder: the Squirrel's one, victim of the too supported caresses of big Lenny. Besides this sad end, the cartoon is equal to the preceding episodes, always also laughing. Lenny is bored because it loses all its friends. One offers Squirrel to it and the stampede in the house starts. Doors which really slam in all the directions, irrational corridor, pause-lunch for the two heroes, are some of the memorable scenes of this movie.

The Hick Chick - This cartoon brings together Daisy, a pretty chick promised in marriage to Lem (a completely weak cock) and Charles, a large tempting black cock. After having kick out Lem, Daisy yields to Charles which promises to her all clothing of which she dreamed. The poor one finds herself working for free in a laundry until Lem comes to deliver her. The end occurs to maternity where all the story starts again. Very funny. The recurring gag of the bull is absolutely irresistible.
